PAYMENT


As soon as you place your order on our website, one of our managers will contact you to confirm the payment and delivery details.

Orders placed via Instagram or on the website www.marshalwolf.com can be paid immediately using the sole proprietor's details or by cash on delivery upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.


DELIVERY


Shipment will be made on the next business day after order confirmation with our manager.

Delivery will be carried out by a Nova Poshta courier, according to the carrier's rates.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returns and exchanges of goods can be made within 14 calendar days from the moment of sale/receipt of the goods, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality are possible only if the client adheres to the following points:

  1. Presence of all labels and tags on items with original seals.
  2. The item has not been used and has retained its marketable condition.
  3. There are no signs of use on the item: - makeup stains; - animal fur; - foreign odors (from washing detergent, perfume, deodorant, sweat).
  4. The item has not been washed.
  5. Exchange can be carried out in compliance with all the above points for a similar item of a different size, provided it is available, or for another item in the assortment with partial additional payment or partial refund.
  6. All transport costs associated with the exchange or return of goods are covered by the buyer.

Funds are returned to the buyer within 7 working days from the moment the seller receives the returned goods and confirms that the requirements for the returned goods have been met.

We also draw your attention to the fact that the cost of delivery is not refundable.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Ensure that the goods are eligible for return/exchange, according to the described conditions.
  2. Ensure the integrity of the items' packaging in the same set as they were received.
